Challenge
Album covers are often static representations of an artist’s sound, but I wanted to explore how motion could extend that storytelling. For Impress Me by Headie One/Scribz Riley, a track centered on themes of status, materialism and desire, I set out to create a looping, animated artwork that captured those ideas in motion.
Solution
I modelled and animated a collection of objects linked to the song’s themes: a Rolex, a gold chain, diamonds and a Gucci emblem. I gave each element subtle movement, positioned amidst the song title and set against a section of the instrumental track.

Impact
The project helped refine my approach to visual storytelling through 3D and motion, while showing how animation can give new energy to the idea of album artwork, transforming it from a static cover into an experience that moves with the music.
